This contest is open only to customers who have previously purchased from M+Z Pre-Owned KMHR and those who purchase a vehicle from M+Z Pre-Owned KMHR in the month of June 2023. Participants must be legal residents of the country and be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
By participating, the contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represents and warrants that the contestant meets the eligibility requirements. In addition, the contestant agrees to accept the decisions of M+Z Pre-Owned KMHR as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign.
Entries will be accepted online starting from the 1st of June 2023, and ending on the 30th of June 2023. All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM on the 30th of June 2023.
The Contest must be entered by submitting an entry on Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #PartyReadyCars and tagging M+Z Pre-Owned KMHR. The entry must include a photo, video, or story showcasing an adventure with a M+Z Pre-Owned KMHR vehicle. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of M+Z Pre-Owned KMHR.
The Winner of the Contest (the "Winner") will receive a N$2000 Fuel Voucher. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by M+Z Pre-Owned KMHR. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Winner will be selected by a panel under the supervision of M+Z Pre-Owned KMHR. Winner will be notified by Direct Message on Facebook or Instagram within five (5) days following selection of Winner.
By entering this content, You understand and agree that M+Z Pre-Owned KMHR, anyone acting on behalf of M+Z Pre-Owned KMHR, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
M+Z Pre-Owned KMHR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond M+Z Pre-Owned KMHR's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign.
